Hi Linda, I would love a copy of The Brown Derby's cobb salad recipe...I can't seem to find it anywhere, as I'm not that tech savvy.☺☺☺

Hi, I have a copy of the Disney's recipes from Hollywood's Brown Derby Restaurant. In the book is the story of the Cobb Salad. The owner's name was Bob Cobb. Late one night he was hungry so his chef went to the frig and found the ingredients for the Cobb Salad. The name was either given by the owner himself, Bob Cobb or the Chef had named it after the owner.

I think it used to be served with tiny yellow corn cobs originally. Now they are hard to find but the name still sticks.

Looks YUMMY, can't wait to make it!!!! However I always ask the same question: What/where does the "cobb" come into this dish...20+ years and still wondering. Any answers or theories out there?? I'd love any/all input. Thanks all!!☺☺☺
